Edward Garmey, M.D., Doctor of Medicine degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, is a highly accomplished physician and executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in the health sciences and biotechnology industry.

Edward has held senior leadership roles at several biotechnology companies, including serving as Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President at Cerulean Pharma（2011-2015）, where he oversaw global clinical development programs for tumor-targeted nanopharmaceuticals. Prior to Cerulean, Edward was Vice President for Clinical Development at ArQule, Inc. (2008-2011), where he led phase I-III clinical trials for novel small molecule therapeutics targeting cancer-specific tyrosine kinase receptors. He has also held leadership positions at GPC Biotech and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center（2006-2007）, where he conducted clinical research and patient care.

He is fluent in English, Spanish, and French and holds dual citizenship with the United States and the United Kingdom. Edward is an active member of professional societies, including the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Association for Cancer Research.
