Graduated from Department of Pharmacy and Chemistry, China Pharmaceutical University. 

He has been engaged in drug research and development at universities and well-known domestic pharmaceutical enterprises for more than 30 years. He has successively served as senior executive at Suzhou Dawnrays Pharmaceutical, Shanghai Huilun, Suzhou Alphamab Oncology and other companies, and has extensive experience in drug research and development, regulatory management, GMP operation and government affairs. 

He is familiar with the entire process from IND application to BLA/NDA and marketing. His years of serving as director at president office for listed companies also demonstrates his strong execution, excellent organization management capability and rich public relations experiences.
