Mr. Yeung is primarily responsible for corporate strategy, financial and capital management and financial reporting. He joined our Group in July 2020 and has been serving as the chief financial officer of our Group since then.Mr. Yeung has extensive knowledge and experience in financial industry. From October 2016 to March 2020, Mr. Yeung served as the chief financial officer of Qudian Inc. (NYSE: QD). He served as the chief strategy officer from January 2015 to October 2016 and the chief financial officer from August 2013 to October 2016 of BAIOO Family Interactive Limited (stock code: 2100.HK). From 2010 to 2016, Mr. Yeung was the chief financial officer and later a director of Sky-Mobi Limited. He served as an analyst and later associate at Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) Limited until 2006.Mr. Yeung received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and his bachelor’s degree in applied science from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, University of Pennsylvania, in the United States in May 2002.
