Mr. Carl Yeung, the chief financial officer of the company, has over 20 years of experience in the capital markets, finance and the management of publicly listed companies. Mr. Yeung served as chief financial officer for four venture-backed technology companies from 2006 to 2020, during which he successfully led the initial public offerings of all four companies on NASDAQ, NYSE, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Prior to that, he worked in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch till 2006. Mr. Yeung holds bachelor’s degrees in applied science, and economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
