Carl Yeung , has been the CFO of our Group since July 1, 2020 and is primarily responsible for overseeing the overall financial operations and strategic development of our Group.

Mr. Yeung has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry and has been the chief financial officer of four listed companies, during which he successfully assisted the initial public offering of all four companies. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Yeung was an analyst then associate of Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific Limited). Then Mr. Yeung served as a board member and the chief financial officer of ATA Inc (NASDAQ: ATAI) from 2006 to 2010. Afterwards, Mr. Yeung served as the chief financial officer and a board director at Ski-mobi Limited (NASDAQ: MOBI) from 2010 to 2013 and from 2013 to 2015, respectively. From 2013 to 2016, Mr. Yeung served as the CFO, and from 2014 to 2016, the chief strategy officer of BAIOO Family Interactive Limited (SEHK: 2100). From 2016 to 2020, Mr. Yeung served as the  CFO of Qudian Inc. (NASDAQ: QD).
